Lead Software Engineer

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.

 Typically 7–10 years of project-management or project-delivery experience, including responsibility for complex cross-functional initiatives.

 Demonstrated experience across the full Project Development Life Cycle, from concept and business-case development through implementation and closure.

 Experience coordinating business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, security, finance, procurement, and external vendors.

 Experience preparing project plans, governance submissions, management reports, and executive-level presentations.

 Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.

 Experience within banking, financial services, technology, consulting, or another regulated environment is preferred.

Professional Certifications – Preferred

 PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project-management certification.

 Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent delivery certification.

 Change-management certification would be advantageous.

 ITIL or related service-management knowledge would be beneficial.
