We’re Hiring: Operations Manager – Wealth Management

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 5–8 Years

Salary: ₹2–3.5 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)

We are hiring an Operations Manager for one of our clients, a growing multi-asset wealth management firm, V-Financial Wealth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial services and investment operations.
• Handle client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and documentation.
• Coordinate investment transactions across mutual funds, equity, bonds, and other financial products.
• Work with AMCs, brokers, custodians, and financial product platforms.
• Monitor transaction processing, settlements, reconciliations, and service TATs.
• Prepare operational MIS reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and process efficiency.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in financial services or wealth management operations.
• Strong knowledge of investment operations and transaction processes.
• Hands-on operational knowledge of BSE StAR MF and MF Utility (MFU) platforms.
• Good understanding of KYC, client documentation, and investment transaction processing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and coordination.
• Must be based in Navi Mumbai or Thane.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
