Zu Technologies (Professor Curious) is hiring a Performance Marketer (also known as Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Paid Social Manager, Meta Ads Specialist, Google Ads Specialist, Growth Marketer).

Our AI video service turns around videos in 24 hours and edits in 2 hours, so brands can test more creatives and scale what works.

About the role

You will advise client companies on performance marketing, from scaling ad accounts to deciding how many creatives they need. You will work with our ad-insights software and AI video service to help brands figure out which ads to make and scale what works.

What you will do

• Advise clients on scaling their Meta and Google ad accounts

• Tell clients how many creatives they need to test and scale

• Use ad insights from our software to find promising creative angles and see what competitors are scaling

• Brief the creative and AI video team on which ads to make

• Read account performance and recommend clear next steps

What we are looking for

• 1-5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad accounts

• Experience managing Rs 1-2 Cr in annual ad spend

• Experience across 2-3 industries

• Strong grasp of creative testing, creative volume and account scaling

• Able to advise clients and explain decisions clearly
