Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; certified Lead Auditor (ISO 9001) or equivalent quality certification is preferable.
  • 10+ years of quality assurance and quality control management experience in complex civil EPC infrastructure, marine intake/outfall structures, or water treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities

  • ITP Development & Hold-Point Oversight: Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) across all civil stages, including deep foundations, marine shafts, intake structures, and water-retaining concrete basins.
  • Quality Audits & Vendor Surveillance: Plan and execute scheduled and unannounced audits across work fronts, concrete batching plants, testing laboratories, and precast production yards.
  • Non-Conformance (NCR) Management: Supervise the issuance, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive action (CAPA) tracking, and final sign-off for Non-Conformance Reports.
  • Durability & Marine Standards: Enforce strict mix-design criteria for marine-grade, low-permeability concrete exposed to saline environments, verifying cover, crack limits, and specialized waterproofing systems.
