- Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Legal Recruitment
- Source, identify, and engage top-quality candidates for Law firms, Corporate Legal departments,
- Proficiency with LinkedIn RPS, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter etc.
- A track record of meeting goals and KPIs
- Proficiency using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Strong sourcing skills and a Boolean Search expert
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
