Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Factory HR Manager at Faith Industries Ltd. located in Ahmedabad with frequent visits to Gozaria factory as required. As the Factory HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR operations within the manufacturing facility. This includes talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR manager in an factory with more than 200 workers.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
• Experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• No IT industry background may apply.
• Candidates from or able to relocate to Ahmedabad / Kalol mahesana area only will be considered.
