Data security Architect | 10 to 20 Years | Bengaluru

The Data Security Architect will provide senior advisory and technical leadership for the Microsoft 365 security engagement. The role will guide assessments, structure recommendations, review deliverables, and translate Henry Schein requirements and identified security gaps into practical standards, procedures, SOPs, and roadmap artefacts.

• Senior security architect or lead consultant with substantial Microsoft 365 and Data Security experience.

• Relevant Microsoft security, compliance, identity, or information-protection certifications are desirable.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing advisory work.

• Strong experience in Microsoft 365 security architecture, secure configuration reviews, and data-security advisory engagements.

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Purview Information Protection, sensitivity labels, Data Loss Prevention, and data-protection controls.

• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Entra ID, guest access, permissions, and application governance.

• Ability to interpret assessment findings and convert them into clear standards, recommendations, procedures, SOPs, and roadmaps.

• Strong stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, technical-writing, and presentation skills.

Experience reviewing and assuring technical deliverables produced by multi-disciplinary security teams.
