Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
* Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.
* Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
* English Language skill: Upper intermediate
* Good customer service skills
* Good knowledge of installing/ maintaining software needed for production process
* Good knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques
* Experience in technical support engineering or similar
* Good English skills (spoken and written)
* Extended knowledge of MS Operating systems
* Extended knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Servers
* Extended knowledge of TCP/IP networks
* Experience in deploying and securing container-based systems such as Docker or Kubernetes on private and public clouds
* Understanding of large-scale distributed systems, advanced concepts of computer architecture and microservices (load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, networking)
* Depending on new technology requirements additional extended IT knowledge required
* Good knowledge of the domain and products
* Basic knowledge of validation of computer systems
* Experience in international work environment
Nice to have skill / experience:
* ITIL certification - Foundation Level
* Good knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Servers
* Good knowledge of validation of computer systems
* Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks
* Experience in laboratory or industrial environment, with knowledge of IT systems in laboratory/ production processes
* Experience as field technician in industrial environment
What You Need to Succeed
* Provide technical support for assigned applications by doing the troubleshooting
* Document the support cases worked on for further analysis purposes
* Cooperate with Product Managers on customer support cases
* Assist in software products testing
* Provide pre-sales support
* Support market organisations in customer projects off- and on-site with assigned applications installations (proposing/ designing system architectures, implementation plans, configuration features, validation)
* Train market organizations and end-customers
* Write technical documentations e.g. knowledge base articles, description of a functionality etc
* Create/ adapt training documentation/ video
