Job Description

Lead sourcing and procurement of goods, materials, and services.
Partner with stakeholders (including R&D and Cubic Group Purchase Team) to align supplier capabilities with organizational needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules for high-value categories.
Conduct supplier audits and performance evaluations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining reliability and service levels.
Manage supplier risk, sustainability, and long-term strategic partnerships.
Support localization activities by identifying and developing local suppliers to reduce lead times and costs.
Execute sourcing activities across global and local markets to ensure supply chain resilience and competitiveness.
