Oracle Fusion EPM - Lead

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Eneterprise Performance Management (EPM) - MUST
• Expertise in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) - Must
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, functional configuration, business process analysis, requirements gathering, testing, reporting, integrations, and production support.
• Should have strong expertise across EPBCS, Workforce Planning, FCCS, and TRCS etc.
• Able to translate business requirements into Oracle EPM functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EPM applications based on business requirements.
