Storage Systems Administration Senior Associate

 Requires 5-6 Years of relevant Storage experience • Â
 Strong experience in managing enterprise Storage systemsÂ
• Â
 Configure, monitor, and maintain NetApp, Isilon, HP Primera, Nimble and Dell Unity Storage technologies • Â
 Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on Storage Responsibilities: Dell, HP and NetApp Storage • Â
 Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, volume groups, and host mappings. • Â
 Monitor performance and system health via Storage management consoles and CLI tools. • Â
 Configure replication, snapshots, thin clones, and data reduction technologies. • Â
 Apply firmware updates, drive replacements, and hardware expansions. • Â
 Good understanding of RTO/RPO, disaster recovery, and data lifecycle management. • Â
 Troubleshoot storage issues related to performance, replication, and access control. • Â
 Provide SAN zoning, iSCSI/FC connectivity, and LUN masking for Linux/Windows/VMware hosts. • Â
 Collaborate with virtualization, backup, and database teams to align storage with workload requirements. • Â
 Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, runbooks, and topology diagrams. • Â
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on customer service, including experience handling challenging situations • Â
 Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking • Â
 Performs incident management and change management execution. • Â
 Creates and manages capacity and trending reports of system operations. • Â
 Good understanding on ITIL practices • Â
 Experience on industry leading IT Asset Management tools such as Service Now or Similar ticketing tools • Â
 Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions. • Â
 Works with key technical and business stakeholders to determine data and storage requirements and creates solutions to meet requirements.Â
