About the Role

Position - General Manager (Service)

Job Location: Hyderabad

Qualification & Experience: 18 to 22 years’ experience, with at least three years in a senior position in Service function, in a comparable industry, Graduate degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and training of service teams in all Kavach project locations
2. Development of service partners
3. Timely provision of preventive and corrective maintenance activities in all Kavach projects
4. Providing feedback to Engineering team on product performance and initiating corrective actions against epidemic failures
5. Setting up and operating a web-enabled Failure Reporting & Corrective Actions System (FRACAS)
6. Efficient management of spare parts for cost optimization and availability
7. To provide service for all completed Kavach projects across India, through a network of engineers engaged in all the projects
8. To ensure more than 98.5% uptime of installed Kavach equipment in all projects
9. To maintain profitability of Service function for Kavach
