Director/Sr Director Analog & IO

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to drive development of next-generation analog, power management, IO, and high-speed interface technologies within NXP's Analog Competence Center (ACC). The role combines technical leadership, organizational development, innovation, and business engagement to deliver differentiated semiconductor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing analog and mixed-signal engineering organization.
Define and execute technology roadmaps for power management, IO, SerDes, and high-speed interfaces.
Drive innovation, quality, and first-time-right execution across multiple product programs.
Partner with business and product teams to translate future market needs into reusable technology platforms.
Build technical capabilities, attract top talent, and develop future leaders.
Represent the organization in customer, executive, and cross-functional technology discussions.

Qualifications

MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
20+ years of semiconductor R&D experience.
Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams and complex product developments.
Strong expertise in several of the following areas: High-Speed Interfaces / SerDes IO Design Power Management Analog & Mixed-Signal IC Design SoC Subsystems
