Chief Operations Officer

Future Varsity has been in education for more than two decades. We offer career-oriented undergraduate, postgraduate and diploma programmes, designed and delivered with partner institutions across Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur, with 7,500 current students.

We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to own operations across all our programmes, campuses and divisions, nationwide.

Location: Mumbai, on-site

Compensation: 30-60 LPA

What you will own:

- Organisation design: whom to hire and how the company is structured as it grows

- SOPs and systems that let programmes scale

- Hiring, and where needed, parting ways with people, to build strong teams

- Programme delivery quality on every campus and in every division

- Student satisfaction and the overall customer experience

- Day-to-day operations across the country

Who we are looking for:

- A senior operations leader who has run operations at scale, ideally in offline education, or who has headed operations at a regional level

- Early-days experience at Masters' Union, Scaler, Mesa or Newton School is a strong plus

- Someone who builds systems and SOPs and holds many locations to one standard
