Relationship officer

We are hiring experienced Relationship Officers for Housing Loan and Mortgage Loan sales. Candidates must have hands-on experience in affordable housing finance, secured lending and direct market sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new customers for Housing Loans and Mortgage Loans through direct market activities.
• Generate leads through local market visits, customer references and channel networks.
• Explain housing finance products, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
• Collect, verify and coordinate loan application documents.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements and reporting procedures.

Requirements

• Graduation mandatory (any stream).
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Housing Loans, Mortgage Loans or Affordable Housing Finance.
• Experience in direct market sourcing (DST/field sales) is essential.
• Good understanding of secured loans, documentation and sourcing.
• Prior experience with affordable Housing Loan products is mandatory.
• Must have valid employment and experience documents.
• Local market knowledge and willingness to travel for field sales are required.
• Driving licence and own vehicle may be required depending on the branch.
