Job Description:
As an Optometrist at Eye-Q Eye Hospitals, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. Your primary duties will include conducting eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems and ocular diseases, prescribing corrective lenses, and developing treatment plans. You will also educate patients on proper eye care and prevention of eye diseases. Collaborating with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals, you will ensure high-quality patient care and contribute to the overall success of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed eye examinations and assessments.
- Diagnose and manage a variety of eye conditions and diseases.
- Prescribe glasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
- Provide patient education regarding eye health and vision care.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid optometry license in the respective state.
- Strong understanding of ocular pharmacology and eye care practices.
- Proficiency in using optometric instruments and technology, including phoropters, autorefractors, and slit lamps.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
