Executive - Lead Generation

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Connect with existing and new customers and generate leads for Petpooja Invoice.
• Explain newly released features of Petpooja Invoice to existing clients.
• Explain the Petpooja Invoice product, convert prospects into positive leads, and guide them through the process.
• Achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups

Additional Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, lead generation, or customer success.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, billing solutions, or B2B/B2C sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to explain product features clearly and convert leads.
• Good customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
• Target-driven with strong goal orientation.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and data tracking.
