About SaaSWorx
SaaSWorx is a Salesforce implementation and consulting firm that helps organizations get more value from their technology investments. We partner with Salesforce, Snowflake, NetSuite, and Anthropic, and serve clients across Financial Services, Retail, QSR, Private Equity, and Logistics.
As we grow in the US, we're looking for a sharp, research-driven Inside Sales Associate to build a high-quality pipeline and open doors with the right decision-makers.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Associate will own top-of-funnel prospecting for the US market. You will research target accounts, identify the right stakeholders, and engage them through personalized, multichannel outreach. You will also design and run outbound campaigns.
The role suits someone who enjoys the detective work of account research and can turn those insights into conversations that lead to qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Research & Targeting
- Research prospective accounts in depth, covering business priorities, tech stack, growth signals, recent news, funding, leadership changes, and likely pain points.
- Build and maintain target account lists aligned with SaaSWorx's ideal customer profile and focus industries.
- Map organizational structures to identify decision-makers, influencers, and champions, such as CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Sales Ops/RevOps, Heads of CRM, and Data & Analytics leaders.
- Outreach & Engagement
- Run personalized outreach through email and LinkedIn, writing messages grounded in account-specific insights rather than generic templates.
- Build and execute multi-touch sequences across channels, adjusting messaging to the persona, industry, and buying stage.
- Engage prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator using connection requests, InMails, and thoughtful content interactions.
- Qualify prospect interest and book discovery meetings for senior sales and delivery leaders.
- Outbound Campaign Management
- Design, launch, and manage outbound campaigns for specific industries, personas, partner offerings, or events.
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, and cadences, and refine campaigns based on open, reply, and meeting conversion rates.
- Work with marketing and leadership on campaign themes, value propositions, and collateral.
- Data, Tools & Reporting
- Use Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect discovery, contact enrichment, and sequencing.
- Keep CRM records accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Track and report weekly on key metrics, including accounts researched, contacts engaged, response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
- Share market and competitive insights gathered through prospecting with the broader team.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, lead generation, or a similar prospecting role.
- At least 1 year of experience prospecting into the US market.
- Hands-on proficiency with Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Proven ability to research accounts in depth and identify the right stakeholders in complex, mid-to-large organizations.
- Excellent written English, with the ability to write concise, personalized, and professional outreach for a US business audience.
- Strong verbal communication skills and comfort engaging senior executives.
- Experience building and managing multi-step outbound sequences and campaigns.
- Willingness to work a shift with at least 4 hours of overlap with US business hours.
- Experience with a technology consulting, IT services, or SaaS firm.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related products, as well as adjacent platforms such as Snowflake or NetSuite.
- Exposure to industries such as Financial Services, Retail, QSR, Private Equity, or Logistics.
- Experience with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce, and email sequencing tools.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding meeting and pipeline targets.
- Curious and research-oriented: Dig past the surface to understand what matters to a prospect.
- Self-driven: Manage your own pipeline and activities with minimal supervision.
- Data-minded: Use metrics to continuously improve outreach.
- Resilient: Handle rejection well and remain consistent.
- Collaborative: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams.
- Direct exposure to the US market and a high-growth consulting business.
- The opportunity to work alongside a leadership team with deep Salesforce and enterprise consulting expertise.
- Opportunities to work across leading technology partner ecosystems.
- Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives.
- A clear growth path into senior business development and account management roles.
