As an Associate Director - Business Finance with 7-12 years of experience, your role will involve overseeing financial planning and budgeting activities to drive business growth and profitability. Your expertise in market intelligence, advanced data analysis, financial ROI analysis, risk management, stakeholder management, and negotiation will be crucial in guiding strategic financial decision-making within the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Budgeting: Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans and budgets to support the organization's short-term and long-term goals. Monitor financial performance and provide insights for optimizing resource allocation.
Market Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that may impact the business. Use market insights to make informed decisions and formulate competitive strategies.
Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Translate data findings into actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
Financial ROI Analysis: Evaluate the return on investment of various business initiatives and projects. Assess the financial viability of opportunities and provide recommendations for maximizing ROI while minimizing risk.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that may affect the organization's financial health. Develop risk management strategies to safeguard assets and ensure long-term sustainability.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to foster productive relationships and align financial objectives with organizational priorities. Communicate financial insights and recommendations effectively to key stakeholders.
Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable financial terms and agreements. Apply negotiation skills to drive cost savings and enhance financial outcomes.
