Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Saviynt IGA operations, production support, incident triage, and resolution for L2 and L3 issues within defined service levels.
Configure and support access certification, review, approval, and remediation processes for connected and disconnected applications.
Onboard standard applications using Saviynt out-of-the-box connectors and support identity governance integrations.
Identify operational gaps and automate repetitive manual activities to improve service quality and reduce ticket volumes.
Act as a technical SME, mentor junior security analysts, maintain operational updates, and support workstream tracking.

Skills Required:

6 - 15 years of relevant experience in identity governance, cybersecurity operations, or security engineering, including substantial hands-on Saviynt experience.
Hands-on expertise in Saviynt implementation, solution design, deployment, configuration, and operations support.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) processes, access governance, application onboarding, and access certification.
Proven experience managing production incidents, problem records, service restoration, and L2/L3 support activities within SLA targets.
Experience supporting operational automation, technical documentation, runbooks, playbooks, architecture documents, and standard operating procedures.

Good to Have:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
