About The Role
Join a collaborative team delivering production-grade web applications that create real business impact. As a Senior Consultant, you will design and build enterprise-scale solutions across both backend and frontend, with a focus on API development and seamless integration. You’ll use modern AI tools to boost productivity, work with technologies like Docker for deployment, and help guide projects from planning to delivery. This role offers a chance to work on innovative projects blending predictive analytics and cutting-edge technology, while mentoring junior engineers and partnering with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into integration solution designs.
- Develop and support MuleSoft-based integration solutions using established delivery methodologies across enterprise architectures.
- Build, test, debug, and maintain APIs and integrations while meeting code quality, documentation, and deployment standards.
- Contribute to Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release coordination.
- Create technical documentation including design specifications, API documentation, and implementation guidelines.
Reports to a Manager or Senior Manager within IDT. Collaborates with cross-functional, global teams and independently guides and mentors junior team members.
Qualifications
Required
- 10 to 12 years of experience as an Integration Developer, including 8+ years of experience with MuleSoft.
- Experience with MuleSoft runtime version 3.5 and above, and Anypoint Studio.
- Experience working in Scrum or Agile software development life cycle environments.
- Experience with commercial integration platforms such as TIBCO, BizTalk, IBM, or Salesforce.
- Experience with CloudHub, API Management, API Security, monitoring, alerting, and visualization tools.
- Experience building integrations using flows, sub-flows, connectors, REST and SOAP web services, RAML, batch processing, data transformation, exception handling, and MUnit or JUnit frameworks.
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
- Industry certifications such as MCIA, MCPA, or MCD.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as JFrog.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture design principles and best practices.
- Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and on-premises deployment servers.
- Experience working in client-facing or onsite delivery environments.
