About The Role
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high-quality work products within due timelines. On a need basis, you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members and liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. This role is based out of Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Chennai, or Pune.
IDT anticipates how technology will shape the future and begin building future capabilities and practices today, driving the ideation, incubation, and scale of hybrid businesses and tech-enabled offerings. Partnering with the broader network — including Converge, Smart Factory, TrueServe , and Cortex AI — IDT brings together dreamers, designers, and builders to deliver a unique point of view and future-proof both Deloitte's business and its clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Deploy Agentic Solutions
- Design, develop, and deploy modules in agent-based platforms, adhering to Deloitte and industry best practices
- Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes leveraging commercial or open-source agent orchestration frameworks
- Support the setup and operationalization of Multi-Agent Control Platform (MCP) servers, collaborating under the direction of senior team members
- Contribute to the development and refinement of agent communication flows, including state and memory management
- Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Context Augmented Generation (CAG) capabilities in alignment with solution architectures
- Collaborate within Agile teams, continuously pursuing domain learning and upskilling opportunities
Reports to a Senior Consultant or Manager within IDT. Liaises with onsite/offshore teams to understand functional requirements and may mentor or direct junior team members on a need basis.
Qualifications
Required
- Up to 5 years' hands-on experience in software development, with demonstrable competence in full-stack engineering (front-end, back-end, RESTful APIs)
- Experience on agent-based architectures, distributed or agent frameworks, and memory/state management concepts
- U nderstanding of MCP server architecture and A2A communication principles
- Experience with orchestration frameworks (such as LangGraph , Google ADK, CrewAI ) and GenAI paradigms (Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/Context Augmented Generation (CAG))
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Artifactory)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and pursuing emerging technologies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely aligned technical discipline (B.E., B.Tech, M.C.A., M.Sc.)
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or productizing GenAI, LLM, or agent-driven platforms in business or research settings
- Strong familiarity with microservice architectures and robust event-driven systems
- Awareness of cutting-edge developments in GenAI and multi-agent technologies
- Experience with productivity accelerators (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude code, AWS CodeWhisperer , Cursor AI)
- Full-stack engineering craft across front-end, back-end, and REST APIs
- Growing expertise in agent architectures and orchestration frameworks
- Collaborative team player within Agile pods
- Commitment to continuous learning of emerging GenAI technologies
