Job Description

The Site Warehouse Leader is primarily responsible for leading the warehousing functions towards establishing and executing a road map for a Zero defect goal in the function.

Logistics and materials will be preferred.

Preferred Certification: Post graduation or certification in or Materials & Warehouse managements from reputed University.

Warehouse management:

 Lead the warehouse management teams towards Best in class stores and inventory management.

 Implement Kanban between supplier and the organization.

 Develop associates to drive aggressive “5S” within the stores function.

 Effectively implement efficiency improvement tools like Barcoding within the stores function for optimum use of resources.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

 Excellent knowhow of Kanban and other pull based techniques of inventory management.

 Excellent knowledge of Warehouse management, Inventory Management, 5S etc

Below are the keypoints-

Candidate should have experience of 5yrs in Inventory Accuracy
Candidate should have experience in Manufacturing Background.
Candidate should have experience in SAP Store related to alignment /Routing .
Should have handled a team size of 15-20 people.
Should have knowledge of 5S, Electronic Component Knowledge
