Eligibility & Required Skills
- Undergraduate degree, preferably B.E./B.Tech pass out in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good understanding of computer fundamentals, Windows operating systems, and basic troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of programming or scripting concepts is preferred.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software installation processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic awareness of ITIL processes and IT service management is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Exposure to IT infrastructure concepts such as Windows administration, Active Directory, or endpoint management.
- Knowledge of PowerShell, batch scripting, or any programming language is an added advantage.
