Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer who combines strong visual design skills with product thinking, user empathy, and a deep understanding of mobile app experiences to build intuitive, user-centric products.

Who we are looking for

• Understands product requirements and designs user journeys that look good, are easy to use, and help the user reach their goal. (High quality design sense and usability sense)
• Deep understanding of Android and iOS design systems, with a strong mobile app portfolio.
• Likes talking to users directly (calls, interviews) and acts on their feedback.
• Works smoothly with developers and hands off designs cleanly.
• Understands core product metrics.
• Takes strong ownership of the quality of their work.

Core skills

• Figma (strong fluency)
• Prototyping
• Motion design (Lottie or Rive)
• Wireframing
• User journey mapping
• Competitive research and design breakdowns
• Product sense

What to look for when screening

• Experience at product companies (not agencies or services firms); e-commerce and q-commerce profiles first.
• A portfolio of shipped mobile app work, with the problem, the decisions and the outcome explained.
• Evidence of user research and metrics in the case studies.
