We are looking for dedicated and responsible Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a well-organised environment across our restaurant.

Job Summary

The Housekeeping / Cleaning Staff will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, washrooms, and other operational areas, ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain dining areas, floors, tables, kitchen spaces, and washrooms.
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain waste segregation practices.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Refill cleaning supplies and maintain housekeeping materials.
Clean spills promptly and ensure all areas remain safe and presentable.
Assist the team in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
Follow the cleaning schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred.
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in shifts.
Ability to work well with the restaurant team.
