Business Development Associate

We're hiring a Business Development Associate for the Native RO (Ops Team).
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage Ahmedabad city partner base
- Coordinate with partners and resolve operational issues
- Handle partner escalations and coordinate with internal teams
- Plan and achieve partner onboarding targets
- Conduct focused group sessions with partners to identify and solve key regional problems
Who Should Apply?
- 0–1 years of experience in Operations, Field Sales, Business Development
- Proficient in Gujarati (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for Data analysis (Preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, Autonomous, able to hustle and deliver within tight deadlines
- Looking to grow fast and manage a bigger mandate
Location: Ahmedabad, Work from Office
Hindi + Gujarati speaking preferred.
