We, at Flywire, are looking for a Junior Workday Functional Engineer. Primarily you will be responsible for design, development testing and deployment of various functionality using Workday core toolset. You will help drive our business transformation as we transition our process and tools for huuman capital management. You will be a key member of the engineering staff working across the organization to provide a friction-less experience to our customers. The ideal candidate has technical knowledge which includes Workday Security Management with cross functional on CoreHCM,Absence Management,TimeTracking,Compensation,Advanced Compensation,Learning,Talent & performance and Benefits. You will be responsible for configuration, and optimization of our Workday ecosystem, covering HCM modules. As a Workday subject matter expert, you will be integral in the integration of Workday applications and ensuring that the value of the system is maximized. You will be partnering closely with cross-functional leaders to provide technical expertise, lead system enhancements, and ensure that every employee and stakeholder can interact with Workday efficiently and securely. Following the implementation, you will be responsible for developing Workday systems, providing functional support; updating the system to meet our needs, monitoring end user usage and performing daily administration tasks.
