This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:

Nursing quality and patient safety
Clinical governance and nursing standards
Manpower planning, productivity and deployment
Recruitment, retention and leadership development
Accreditation, compliance and quality indicators
Patient experience and multidisciplinary care
Building a strong, accountable nursing leadership team

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of nursing experience, with significant leadership exposure in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital.
