Job Description

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for:

End-to-end hospital operations
Patient flow, service delivery and experience
Operational efficiency, productivity and cost optimisation
Coordination across clinical and non-clinical functions
Capacity utilisation, bed management and throughput
Quality, compliance and process improvement
Service excellence across OP, IP, Emergency, OT and diagnostics
Building strong, accountable operational teams

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience, with significant leadership exposure in a large multispecialty / tertiary care hospital.

An MBA / MHA / postgraduate qualification in Hospital or Healthcare Management is preferred.
