Salary: ₹2–3 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with experience in Retail Management, Store Management, Sales, or Business Operations.
• Experience in apparel, garments, home furnishings, furniture, or similar retail sectors is an advantage.
• Strong skills in team handling, inventory management, customer service, and sales target achievement.
• Knowledge of POS systems, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and daily sales reporting.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and automation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and staff.

Drive sales, achieve targets, and improve customer satisfaction.

Handle inventory, stock management, and daily reports.

Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.

Train and motivate the team to improve performance.
