Senior Business Analyst

Swish is building the next generation of food delivery, delivering fresh meals rapidly. We're building an integrated ecosystem across food, kitchens, supply chain, technology, and last-mile delivery. As we scale, we're looking for people who can build strong systems and processes that keep pace with our growth.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-backed decision-making across Swish. You will work closely with business, operations, product, category, and growth teams to understand performance, identify opportunities, and turn complex data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key business metrics.
• Conduct deep dives into business performance and identify key drivers.
• Translate business problems into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Define and track KPIs across different business functions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Automate recurring reports and improve existing analytical processes.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
• Independently own analytical projects from problem definition to execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in quick commerce, food delivery, e-commerce, consumer tech, or start-ups is a plus.
