Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Operations Analyst to perform daily operational activities within Loan IQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loan booking, servicing, rate resets, rollovers, repayments, and fee processing. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can monitor and reconcile loan transactions, investigate discrepancies, and support various loan lifecycle events.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily operational activities within Loan IQ, including loan booking, servicing, rate resets, rollovers, repayments, and fee processing.
- Monitor and reconcile loan transactions and positions between Loan IQ and internal/external systems.
- Investigate and resolve exceptions or discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support loan lifecycle events such as drawdowns, repayments, amortizations, restructures, and renewals.
- Work with internal teams (front office, finance, risk, compliance) to resolve operational queries related to loans.
- Assist in UAT, regression testing, and validation of system upgrades or configuration changes in Loan IQ.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and control checklists.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and control.
- Commercial Lending - Excellent in Commercial Lending
- Loan IQ - Experience in Loan IQ
- Loans - Support loan lifecycle events such as drawdowns, repayments, amortizations, restructures, and renewals.
- Communication - Good communication skills as the resource needs to interact with clients & teams.
- UAT - Assist in UAT, regression testing, and validation of system upgrades or configuration changes in Loan IQ.
- Payments - Good knowledge in Payments.
- SQL - Good knowledge in SQL for data analysis.
