QA Engineer - Fresher
GwayERP
Job Description
QA Engineer – Fresher
Company: Gway Tech Solutions Private Limited
Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
Experience: Fresher
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Role Overview
GwayERP is a business management platform designed to support complex business operations through integrated modules and workflows. As we continue to develop and deploy GwayERP and other enterprise applications to an increasing number of customers, maintaining application quality, reliability, accuracy, and consistency is essential.
The selected candidate will work closely with developers, business analysts, and the technical team to understand requirements, validate application functionality, identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure that new developments do not negatively affect existing functionality.
This role provides an opportunity to learn and work on real-world enterprise applications, including ERP workflows, functional testing, API testing, database validation, regression testing, test documentation, and automation fundamentals.
We are looking for someone who can think logically, investigate problems, understand business requirements, and identify issues before they reach customers.
The objective is to ensure that every delivered feature works correctly, meets its requirements, and provides a reliable experience for the end user.
You are not expected to know every testing tool or methodology from day one. However, you must have a strong willingness to learn, investigate unfamiliar problems, understand application behaviour, and continuously improve your testing skills.
