About the Role

Zuper is looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution. The ideal candidate will combine customer insights, market research, technical understanding, and business acumen to build impactful products that address evolving market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and optimization.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps based on business impact, user feedback, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver successful product outcomes.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile product development environments.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and roadmap planning.
• Strong market research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Strong business acumen and a focus on customer value and product profitability.
