WE’RE HIRING | US IT RECRUITER – AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING

Location: Mysore, Karnataka (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, C2H and permanent positions.
• Source candidates across IT, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering and Cybersecurity.
• Support automotive engineering hiring for Embedded Systems, AUTOSAR, C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, ADAS and HIL/SIL Testing.
• Work with VMS/MSP platforms, ATS tools and direct US clients.
• Manage candidate screening, submissions, rate negotiations and onboarding.

Required Skills

4–10 years of US IT recruitment experience

Strong knowledge of US staffing models and employment types

Hands-on sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice and other job portals

Experience with ATS/VMS platforms such as JobDiva, CEIPAL or Fieldglass

Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred: Experience with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, embedded systems or automotive software recruitment.

Candidates must be comfortable working US shifts from our Mysore office.
