As a Digital Marketing Executive at MavnixIT, you will run the day-to-day marketing for our brand and our clients across paid ads, search, content, and social media. You will plan and launch campaigns, publish and optimise content, and report on what is working with numbers rather than adjectives. This is a hands-on, fully remote role based out of Nagpur, Maharashtra and open to candidates anywhere in India, with site visits only if a project requires it. Candidates from Nagpur and Maharashtra are preferred.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, including budgets, creatives, and audiences.
- Handle SEO: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and basic technical checks using tools like Google Search Console.
- Write and publish blogs, landing page copy, and ad copy that fit each client's brand and goals.
- Plan and run social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Set up and track conversions using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on traffic, leads, cost per lead, and results, with clear next steps.
- Work with the design and video teams so creatives match campaign goals.
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Real project experience in at least two of: paid ads, SEO, content, or social media.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4. Google Tag Manager is a plus.
- Clear written English and the ability to write ad copy and content.
- Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certification is a plus.
- Experience with SEO tools (Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush) is a plus.
- Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote setup.
