Frontend Engineer - React Native (3+ YOE)

Role Description

As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll build and ship the React Native app that makes powerful AI tools feel simple to use. You’ll work closely with design, product, and the founders to take features from idea to release, create polished interfaces, and improve performance and reliability—especially on lower-end Android devices and inconsistent networks. This is a full-time, work-from-office role in HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Monday–Friday. Compensation is up to ₹25 LPA (negotiable) plus ESOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building and shipping mobile products, with hands-on React Native and TypeScript experience.
• Strong grasp of mobile performance, API integration, debugging, releases, and production-app maintenance.
• Ability to turn strong designs into intuitive, polished interactions.
• Experience building for Indian consumers, ideally including users in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
• Ownership, speed, and a habit of improving the product based on real user behaviour.
