Job Description
- 5 - 7 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) with strong expertise in Precisely EngageOne Designer, Server, and Vault.
- Hands-on experience in CCM migration and modernization projects, including legacy platform to EngageOne migrations.
- Strong knowledge of template design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Experience working with XML, XSD, AFP, PDF, HTML, and document composition solutions.
- Good understanding of EngageOne Server, Vault, CDMS, output generation, archival, and correspondence management processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and prepare technical specifications, design documents, and solution approaches.
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and release management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production support experience.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, business teams, and developers while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Experience supporting functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Proactive contributor to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and CCM best practice initiatives.
