We're Hiring | Finance Manager – Qualified CA
Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai
Experience: 5–10 years (preferred)
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong experience in end-to-end finance operations, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audits, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete finance and accounting operations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, financial statements, and MIS.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and cost optimisation.
- Manage accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and revenue reporting.
- Oversee financial controls and compliance processes.
- Coordinate with operational teams and management for financial planning.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified CA – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Indian taxation and statutory compliances
- Experience in financial reporting, audits and team management
- Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting software skills
- Healthcare / Hospital industry experience preferred
