"Job Summary:&We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a single-tracker owner, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs. This role requires a strong technical background coupled with proven program management skills, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.&Responsibilities:&Program Ownership: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of assigned programs, acting as the primary point of contact.&Planning & Tracking: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Utilize tools like Blacklock for effective program visibility.&Technical Leadership: Leverage your technical background to understand project complexities, contribute to technical discussions, and provide guidance to the development team. This role is heavily technical – expect to spend approximately 65% of your time discussing technical aspects.&Agile Methodology: Champion and implement Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development and rapid delivery of value.&Quality Focus: Drive a culture of quality throughout the program lifecycle through code reviews, testing oversight, and adherence to established standards.&KPI Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify areas for improvement.&Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.&Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and DevOps.&Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the program management organization."&
