This job is provided by apna.co Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.

Generate new business through customer visits, DSA and channel partner development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers and business partners.
Drive loan sales across Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans and LAP.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline and daily login/disbursement targets.
Ensure timely follow-ups, proper documentation and smooth file processing.

Good presentation skills.

Have strong leadership skills.

Ability to interact effectively with a wide range staff throughout the company.

Be motivated and results driven.

Experience in a Sales driven organization (/BFSI/Telecom/Insurance/Real Estate)

Working Days:- Monday To Saturday (all 6days)
