Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop LLM-powered applications using Python and modern generative AI techniques.
• Build RAG pipelines that connect language models with enterprise documents, knowledge bases, and data sources.
• Develop agentic AI workflows capable of planning, tool usage, task execution, and controlled decision-making.
• Implement prompt strategies, context handling, evaluation approaches, and guardrails for reliable model output.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy and improve AI capabilities in production systems.

Skills Required:

• 3-5 years of relevant AI/ML engineering experience; candidates with a 0-30 day notice period are preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with large language models and LLM application development.
• Practical experience designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML engineering, data processing, and service development.
• Experience building agentic AI systems, tool-calling workflows, or autonomous task-oriented applications.

Good to Have:

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector databases, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.

Education: B.Tech or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
