Job Description

What we are building Revenue work is spread across inboxes, calendars, CRMs, calls and individual memory. Reps spend time reconstructing context, deciding what deserves attention and keeping commitments from slipping. It brings context and execution together. When AI can understand conversations, recommend next steps, take action and learn from users, we need to rethink the experience itself - not just add AI to traditional SaaS interfaces. This is not a traditional UI/UX Designer role We are not looking for someone who takes requirements from Product and turns them into polished screens. We need someone who understands user problems independently, questions assumptions, explores different solutions and develops a point of view on what the product should do before deciding what it should look like. We want someone obsessed with the why. Why does a rep behave a certain way? Why does a problem exist? Why should we solve it? Why is one approach better than another? Why might an established design pattern no longer make sense? We do not expect you to have every answer. We expect you to be curious and resourceful enough to find them - and to care just as deeply about how beautifully you bring those answers to life.

Your role at company: Own the journey from customer understanding to product thinking, interaction design, visual craft and shipped experience. Work directly with reps, founders and engineers. Bring insight and recommendations, not only mockups. The challenge is both conceptual and creative: decide when should recommend, act, ask, explain or stay quiet; make room for human judgment when AI gets something wrong; and turn that complexity into an experience that feels simple, intuitive and exceptional.

Your scope and work Understand the problem, not just the requirements. Proactively talk to users, observe workflows and review customer conversations. Learn how reps think, decide and work. Go beyond feature requests to uncover the underlying problems and motivations. Own the product experience. Take ambiguous problems from discovery to shipped experiences. Explore fundamentally different approaches, reason through edge cases and tradeoffs, and recommend a direction with a clear why. Make it exceptionally beautiful. Bring outstanding taste in typography, color, composition, spacing, density and visual hierarchy. Use motion, transitions and micro-interactions with purpose - to clarify behavior, build trust and create delight. Obsess over details without losing sight of the whole experience. Design for an AI-native world. Rethink how people interact with systems that understand context, recommend and act. Design for trust, feedback, user control and recovery when the AI is wrong. Challenge conventional interface patterns where better ones can exist. Move quickly and ship. Sketch, prototype and test early. Use whatever methods and tools best help you learn and bring ideas to life. Collaborate with engineers through implementation and take responsibility for what actually ships.
