ServiceNow Developer - ITSM

As a ServiceNow ITSM Developer, you will play a key part in delivering reliable, well-integrated solutions and collaborating across teams to support successful implementation outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications to meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
• Troubleshoot and debug ServiceNow applications.
• Work with business users, internal IT teams, and client-side teams.

Requirements

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or other integration methods.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow applications.
• Experience working with business users, internal IT teams, and client-side teams.
• Eligible to work in India.
