We are looking for a 4 to 6 years experienced RPA Developer to join our automation team and help drive digital transformation initiatives across the organization. In this role, you will design, develop, test, deploy, and support intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance business processes.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable and maintainable automation solutions using modern RPA and Intelligent Automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build reusable workflows and automation components to improve scalability and maintainability.
- Develop and implement intelligent automation solutions integrated with enterprise applications and business systems.
- Support estimation, planning, and delivery of automation initiatives.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, cloud services, and third party platforms.
- Develop integrations using: REST APIs SOAP Web Services SQL Databases Microsoft Power Platform
- Create custom scripts and utilities using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support solution deployments and production releases.
- Monitor and maintain automation solutions in production environments.
- Investigate and resolve incidents and performance issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance and optimize existing automations.
Required Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in software development, automation, systems integration, or related IT roles.
- 2 4 years of hands on experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Experience across the full automation development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Strong hands on experience with: UiPath Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience with: REST & SOAP APIs SQL Databases Enterprise Applications
- Scripting/programming experience in one or more of: Python PowerShell Bash C#/.NET (preferred)
- Understanding of Intelligent Automation and Business Process Automation concepts.
- Experience supporting solutions on Windows Server and Virtual Machines.
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure is preferred.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
