Role Description The Andrologist - Field Service Executive is a full-time hybrid role based in Raipur, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. This position involves visiting client sites to provide andrology-related field services, technical support, and consultation on lead-generation solutions. The role includes diagnosing issues, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring that systems, processes, or tools used for lead generation operate effectively. The Executive will interact regularly with customers, explain service offerings, document service activities, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related concerns. Travel is an essential part of this role, and the candidate must be comfortable with frequent field visits and client interactions.
Qualifications

Strong Field Service skills, including onsite support, service delivery, and routine visits to client locations.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in systems, tools, or workflows.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage with clients, explain solutions clearly, and maintain professional relationships.
Relevant experience or exposure to healthcare or andrology services, or a willingness to develop domain knowledge.
Ability to travel regularly within and outside Raipur, manage schedules independently, and work effectively in a hybrid environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare, technical discipline) preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with digital tools and documentation.
