To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager– Testing located in Sriperumbudur

What a typical day looks like:

Provide technical and team business to (a) Test Development Engineering team(s).
Work with the customer and design team to comprehend product test requirements.
Work closely with Design Engineers to comprehend product functionality.
Ensure safety of operator.
Comprehend interaction between software / Hardware / Fixturing / Test environment.
Provide guidance on automation solutions.
Oversee resource budgeting, allocation, review, and approval.
Track projects, progress, risks, and performance through regular reviews.
Develop and maintain control systems, reports, which accurately measure progress, identify potential technical problems, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure dedications are met.
Participate in design input, product architecture, feasibility, and design output technical reviews.
Aid and provide guidance in the development of Test engineering plans.
Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated team and workforce.
Guide or sponsor continuous improvement projects and/or segment or site initiatives.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or similar is required.
A Master’s in Software Engineering or similar or MBA degree is preferred.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including technical business.
Demonstrates functional, technical, people and process management skills; Strong customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
Demonstrates creative, investigation and problem-solving skills.
