Bank of America is hiring Team Members for Mortgage Operations Support, supporting its US mortgage business. The role involves backend operations, mortgage document validation, account maintenance and system updates.

• Designation: Team Member
• Mortgage Operations Support for US clients/business
• Backend operations only
• No direct client/customer interaction
• 24×7 business environment; candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts
• Candidates should understand the JD properly and be able to explain their understanding during the HR interview

• Eligible Qualifications: BA / BBA / B.Com / M.Com / MA
• MBA candidates are not eligible.
• Candidates with technical qualifications are not eligible.
• Candidates must be from Gujarat only. Candidates from any other state are not eligible.
• Passed-out candidates only — provisional certificate or final degree certificate must be available.
• Backlogs are allowed.
• No specific age restriction.
• 0–2 years of experience accepted.
• For ex-employees, required previous-employment documentation must be available.

• Good English communication
• Basic banking knowledge
• Candidates should be comfortable explaining basic banking concepts such as:
• Savings/current accounts and deposits
• Debit card vs. credit card
• CVV
• Fraudulent transactions / fraud cases
• Basic loan concepts
• Mortgage basics
• General banking terminology
• Good understanding of the role and willingness to work in a 24×7 environment

• Fresher CTC: ₹3,85,500 per annum
• Maximum CTC: Approx. ₹4.10 lakh per annum for relevant experience
