Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in the Nagda, Ujjain District, Madhya Pradesh, India. The role involves:

• Identifying and approaching factories, industrial units, warehouses, commercial establishments and other potential business clients.
• Meeting decision-makers and understand their security, housekeeping or manpower requirements.
• Developing opportunities through field visits, business networking, referrals and systematic follow-ups.
• Gather market intelligence on vendor selection, upcoming requirements, contract renewals and procurement processes.
• Coordinating site assessments, quotations and follow-ups with management.
• Maintaining accurate prospect records and provide regular sales updates.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with a private security agency, facility management company or manpower service provider.
• Practical understanding of B2B service sales and client acquisition.
• Ability to approach business decision-makers and develop opportunities independently.
• Good Hindi communication, professional conduct and disciplined follow-up.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and work across potential markets including Nagda, Ujjain, Indore and Bhopal.
• Ability to work from the VSMS office in Nagda, Ujjain District, Madhya Pradesh, India.
